In the glass, this organic Cava shines a bright yellow with delicate greenish reflections. The fine and persistent perlage is the result of twelve months of aging on the lees. On the palate, it is lively, balanced, and pleasantly fresh with nuances of white fruits and an elegant acidity. The finish is clear, clean, and refreshing.
