Colour: Deep ruby red with violet reflections, almost inky.
Nose: Intense and complex aromas of ripe black and red fruits (blackberries, plums, cassis), accompanied by delicate spicy notes such as vanilla, coffee, and cocoa. Mineral hints of graphite and subtle herbal notes (thyme, oregano) lend the wine additional depth.
Palate: Powerful, structured yet elegant. Ripe fruit aromas are harmoniously complemented by fresh acidity and fine-grained tannins. The wine displays an impressive balance between concentration, finesse, and length.
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, maceration for 2–3 weeks.
