The Mauro 2021 is an outstanding red wine from the DO Castilla y León, made from 85% Tempranillo grapes and 15% Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes come from the vineyards of Tudela de Duero and Traspinedo.
Color: Intense cherry red with violet reflections.
Aroma: Complex aromas of ripe red fruits, complemented by notes of spices, vanilla and fine oak.
Taste: The wine is elegant and balanced, with silky tannins and a lively acidity that gives it structure. The finish is long and harmonious.
Ideal temperature: 16–18 °C.
Goes perfectly with grilled meat, game dishes and aged cheese.
The Mauro 2021 is an excellent representative of the wines from Castilla y León and reflects the high quality of the region as well as the Bodega's commitment to sustainable viticulture.
