On the palate, the Quibia is, as expected, somewhat "different" from most white wines: soft, white fruit of ripe melon and banana, which impresses with its stillness, creaminess and almost a hint of sea salt.
A delicate honey note, underscored by the fine acidity of the Callet grape. Fresh and light in alcohol, full of character, intriguing.
Nevertheless, it's very drinkable and pleasing. A special white wine for special guests.
Serving suggestion
Quibia Blanco pairs perfectly with white meat, rice dishes, pasta, and rich salads. The ideal serving temperature is between 9°C and 12°C.

In 1990, the protected designation of origin DO Binissalem was recognized, the first DO in Mallorca and the second in the Balearic Islands after the DOP cheese Mahón-Menorca.
The Binissalem DO was created out of the need to protect locally produced wines from those originating on the Iberian Peninsula. Since then, the Binissalem DO has focused on local grape varieties (Mantonegro, Callet, Gargollassa, Moll, Giró Ros…), enabling the production of unique wines and ensuring high quality standards.
