The Matanegra Perrillan 2021 is a fine red wine from the DO Ribera del Duero, made from 100% Tempranillo grapes (also known locally as Tinta Fina). It comes from vines over 50 years old, growing in calcareous clay soils.
Color: Dark, brilliant red with violet reflections.
Aroma: Intense aromas of ripe black fruits, complemented by notes of plum jam and a hint of spices.
Taste: On the palate, the wine is soft and fresh, with aromas of red and black fruits. Silky tannins and lively acidity give it good structure. The finish is long and concentrated.
Ideal temperature: 14–16 °C.
Goes perfectly with grilled meat, game dishes and aged cheese.
The Matanegra Perrillan 2020 is an excellent representative of Ribera del Duero wines and demonstrates both the high quality of the region and the Bodega's commitment to sustainable viticulture.
