Education system: Guyot (simple education).
Yield: 43 t/ha.
Vinification: Hand-harvesting and selection of the grapes, cold maceration overnight, gentle pressing of the whole grapes, static decanting of the must at 10–12 °C.
Expansion: After alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, the wine remains in contact with the fermenting yeasts in stainless steel tanks for an extended period of time.
Color: Warm yellow with good concentration and alternating golden and green reflections.
Bouquet: Intense bouquet with fruity aromas of banana, golden apple, citrus fruits, and floral notes. Hints of pastry and vanilla. Taste: A wine of great elegance and charm.
