El Puntido is an outstanding single-vineyard wine from the DOCa Rioja , produced by the esteemed Bodega Viñedos de Páganos , part of the renowned Eguren family. The wine comes from the eponymous vineyard "El Puntido" in Rioja Alavesa, a terroir known for its exceptional quality.

Origin : The "El Puntido" vineyard is located at an altitude of 600 meters in Laguardia (Rioja Alavesa). The soils are clay and limestone, which gives the wine elegance, structure, and minerality.
Vinification : Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequent aging for 16 months in French oak barrels to promote complexity and balance.
Aromas : Ripe black fruits such as blackberries and plums, floral notes of violets, fine spices, roasted aromas, tobacco and a pronounced minerality.
Taste : Full-bodied, with supple tannins, well-integrated acidity, and excellent balance. The finish is long and elegant, leaving fruity and spicy nuances.
Ideal with lamb, game dishes, aged cheese, braised dishes or grilled beef.
