Vinification: Hand-harvesting, destemming and sorting of the grapes, cold maceration before fermentation, followed by alcoholic fermentation with frequent pump-overs to extract tannins and anthocyanins from the skins.
Expansion: After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures for 12 months in 300-liter French oak barriques.
Color: Deep ruby red.
