Matanegra Olmedillo is a high-quality red wine from the DO Ribera del Duero, made from 100% Tempranillo grapes. It comes from vines over 70 years old, growing in the Olmedillo de Roa region.
Colour: Dark, brilliant red with garnet reflections.
Aroma: Inviting with aromas of ripe black fruits and notes of plum jam.
Taste: On the palate, the wine is soft and fresh, with aromas of red and black fruits. The silky tannins and lively acidity give it good structure. The finish is long and concentrated.
Ideal temperature: 14–16 °C.
Goes perfectly with grilled meat, game dishes and aged cheese.
