Grape varieties and origin:

The 2020 vintage blend consists primarily of Tempranillo (89%), complemented by Graciano (6%) and Garnacha (5%). The grapes come from 11 different parcels in the municipality of Labastida, situated at altitudes between 440 and 710 meters above sea level. This altitude and the diversity of the soils contribute to the wine's complexity and depth.

Winemaking:

After manual harvesting, the grapes are carefully sorted and destemmed. Fermentation takes place with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in oak barrels, which gives the wine additional structure and complexity.

Color: Deep ruby red with violet reflections.

Aroma: On the nose, the wine unfolds intense aromas of ripe red and black fruits, accompanied by spicy notes, subtle roasted nuances and a hint of tobacco.
