Il Bruciato 2021 Bolgheri

Il Bruciato 2021 is an elegant and approachable red wine from the famous Bolgheri DOC wine region in Tuscany, produced by the renowned Guado al Tasso winery, part of the Antinori group. It is considered the "little brother" of the prestigious Guado al Tasso and impresses with its quality and versatility.

Features:

Grape varieties : A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon , Merlot and a small proportion of Syrah (varying depending on the vintage).

Origin : The grapes come from vineyards near the Tyrrhenian Sea, whose soils consist of a mixture of sand, clay and gravel, giving the wine its mineral freshness.

Vinification : After fermentation, the wine matures for 7 months in French barriques (partly new, partly used) and for a further few months in the bottle before it is released to the market.

Aromas : Seductive notes of dark berries such as blackberries and cherries, complemented by nuances of violets, vanilla, spices, tobacco and a fine mineral component.

Taste : Medium-bodied to full-bodied, with supple tannins, balanced acidity, and a harmonious, lingering finish. The wine is pleasantly rounded and elegant.
