Vineyards and Production

The grapes come from old vines growing on limestone and clay soils, which gives the wine its mineral elegance.

Hand-harvesting and careful selection of the grapes ensure the highest quality.

After fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barriques, which imparts structure and depth.

Tasting Notes

Color: Intense cherry red with purple highlights.

Aroma: Fresh and complex, with aromas of red and black fruits (cherries, blackberries) combined with Mediterranean herbs, spices, toasted almonds, and a hint of vanilla. Mineral and balsamic nuances round out the bouquet.Taste: Medium to full-bodied with soft, well-integrated tannins. Juicy berry fruit on the palate, accompanied by a fine spiciness and a subtle, refreshing kick of acidity. The finish is long-lasting, harmonious, and characterized by elegant minerality.
