Designation of Origin: DOC Isonzo del Friuli.

Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay.

Average Vine Age: 27 years.

Training System: Guyot (simple training).

Yield: 43 t/ha.

Vinification: Hand-harvesting and selection of grapes, overnight cold maceration, gentle pressing of whole bunches, static clarification of the must at 10–12 °C.

Maturation: After alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature, the wine remains in steel tanks for an extended period in contact with the fine lees.

Color: Warm yellow with good concentration and alternating golden and green reflections.

Bouquet: Intense bouquet with fruity aromas of banana, golden apple, citrus fruits, and floral notes. Hints of pastry and vanilla. Taste: A wine of great elegance and charm. Dry on the palate with a lean, aromatic body. Serving Suggestion: Excellent as an aperitif, with light appetizers and raw seafood, herb risotto, eggplant gnocchi, pasta, and beans.
