Origin : The "Finca el Bosque" vineyard is located in Rioja Alavesa, near the Ebro River, on calcareous clay soils. The exclusive location and microclimate of the plot contribute to the exceptional quality of the grapes.
Yield : Very low hectare yield to achieve maximum concentration and quality.
Vinification : The wine is vinified with great care, including manual selection of the grapes. Fermentation takes place in small containers, followed by 18 months of aging in new French oak barrels.
Aromas : Complex and deep, with notes of ripe black fruits such as blackberries and cherries, accompanied by spices, chocolate, tobacco, fine roasted aromas and a hint of minerality.
