The Alaya Tierra 2021 is an intense red wine aged for 15 months in new French and American oak barrels, which give it remarkable depth and complexity.

Winemaking:
The wine is produced using careful maceration and fermentation in small stainless steel tanks . Following alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation takes place before the wine matures for 15 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels.

Tasting note:

Colour: Intense cherry red colour with a very high layer and vibrant red tones.

Aroma: An interesting and complex aromatic profile dominated by mineral notes and ripe black and red fruits, with pleasant reminders of fresh wood.

Taste: On the palate, the Alaya Tierra 2021 is powerful, dense, and ripe, with balanced acidity and a silky texture. The finish is long and accompanied by a subtle, almost primal sweetness that beautifully rounds out the wine.
