A full-bodied wine of sublime structure, captivating balance, and perfectly integrated tannins that lead to a long, lingering finish.
Year characterized by lack of rainfall and higher than
Typical temperatures prevailed throughout the year, with an advanced cycle that varied depending on the vineyard. Summer ended with low minimum temperatures, which favored full grape ripening. Harvest began on September 4th with moderate yields and ended just under a month later on the 30th of the same month.
Fascinating and expressive aromas, bursting with fruit. Juicy and refined, with tamed tannins despite its power. Compelling.
San Roman 2015 was bottled in January 2020 according to the editions.
Aged for 24 months in new and used French and American oak barrels.
