Expansion: After alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, the wine remains in contact with the fermenting yeasts in stainless steel tanks for an extended period of time.
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: Characteristic aromas of tomato leaves, sage, and elderberries precede nuances of tropical and citrus fruits. Palate: Soft and aromatic on the palate, with a pleasant acidity in the finish that invites you to drink another. Food pairing: Sauvignon Blanc pairs wonderfully with creamy appetizers and vegetable soups, as well as with boiled or fried seafood. Try it with maltagliati pasta, San Daniele ham, and zucchini.
