Vinification: Hand-harvesting and selection of the grapes, cold maceration overnight, gentle pressing of the whole grapes, static clarification of the must at 10–12 °C.
Expansion: After alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, the wine remains in contact with the fermenting yeasts in stainless steel tanks for an extended period of time.
Color: Very intense golden yellow.
