WINEMAKING
Maceration and fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation and a short period of aging in French oak, depending on the characteristics of the harvest, it remains in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
CATA'S NOTES
A special wine that combines complexity, structure, and an intensely deep cherry-red color. An elegant, fresh, and complex nose where ripe fruit and floral notes can be appreciated. Pleasant and fresh on the palate, balanced and with sweet tannins, yet youthful, supple, and enveloping, with an original and interesting passage through the mouth and a long finish.
PAIRING
Ideal with rice with game and sweet meat, braised vegetables, mushrooms, game and poultry, casseroles, fish and shellfish in sauce, smoked, cured and blue cheese, grilled and barbecued white and red meat.
CONSERVATION
Wine storage is recommended in odor-free locations with a temperature of no more than 18°C and controlled humidity.
CONSUMPTION
To fully enjoy this wine, the temperature must be between 15°C and 18°C.
