The Mauro Terreus 2020 is an outstanding red wine from the DO Castilla y León, made from 100% Tempranillo grapes (also known as Tinta Fina). It comes from the vineyards of Paraje de Cueva Baja, where the vines thrive in deep, clay soils that allow for optimal water retention.
Colour: Intense, deep red with purple reflections.
Aroma: Complex aromas of ripe black fruits, complemented by notes of chocolate, vanilla and fine oak.
Taste: The wine is powerful and structured, with silky tannins and a lively acidity that gives it freshness. The finish is long and harmonious.
Ideal temperature: 16–18 °C.
Perfect with grilled meat, game dishes and aged cheese.
