Produced in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature (min. 18°C – max. 20°C). Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.

TASTE NOTES

A very bright, crystalline white wine. The nose is surprisingly fresh for a rather robust Mediterranean wine. Aromas of grapefruit, white pepper, and flowering basil. The palate offers great smoothness and dynamic freshness. A balance that remains astonishing and unique.
