The year 2021 was characterized by a balanced climate with moderate temperatures and sufficient rainfall, allowing the grapes to ripen optimally. These conditions resulted in a wine with a perfect balance of freshness, depth, and complexity.
Colour: Dense ruby red with deep violet reflections.
Aroma: Powerful and elegant, with intense aromas of black fruits such as blackberries and plums, complemented by delicate notes of cocoa, licorice, tobacco, and mineral nuances. The 20-month aging in new French oak barrels lends the wine additional complexity and subtle toasty notes.
