The built area on top of the old aircraft hangars is 2,500 square meters.

The winery consists of five areas: production, reception, bottle storage, maturation and bottling.

The winery is equipped with advanced technology and fantastic tools that will contribute to the production of unique wines, including a grape washing machine, a gravity-feed harvesting system, and Viniclean. In addition, there are fermentation tanks with a 1:1 height-to-width ratio, a transfer pump with synoptic monitoring in each tank, a barrel room with underfloor heating, and more.
